We started working as a hobby, in foreclosures in 2003 for a brief time. Then in 2007 with all the wasted pursuit of short sales we started full time with courthouse foreclosures.
We love our work ,clients....friends we work with! Our favorite moment is when we sell our investors homes. It takes some work to get to that point, and it is VERY rewarding to both parties when our goals are accomplished and we can move on to the next home.
We only work with a few investors at a time. This assures the best service from start to finish. We do not put investors on the same week as others. We only purchase for one investor at a time. This ensures the best possible price.
We do not concentrate on one general area, as the BEST discounts are not always located in one county. We are members of multiple MLS in different counties giving us a huge advantage over our competitors. More area to cover, but it pays off at the end for investors. After all we base every purchase on recent comps. We have an army of contractors that we have access to, with the best prices on the market.
We will be very active with you, the investor, during the pre purchase of the home, assuring both parties agree on home. An inspection report will be given the night before auction.
